The cost of a shipment can be affected by the amount of space that it occupies on an aircraft, a ship or a train, rather than the actual weight. This is the volumetric (or dimensional) weight. The volumetric weight of a shipment is a calculation that reflects the density of a package. A less dense item generally occupies more volume of space, in comparison to its actual weight. The volumetric or dimensional weight is calculated and compared with the actual weight of the shipment to ascertain which is greater; then Chargeable Weight is the higher weight data between the actual weight and volumetric weight.
The Volumetric Weight = Length x Width x Height / Volumetric Divisor:
Since the packaging size may change due to extrusion during transportation from your factory to our warehouse in Shenzhen, and the actual measurement data of the weight may also be different from the data provided by your factory, so our actual measurement data must prevail.
Our final quotation does not include any bank charges, please choose to pay all bank charges when paying the fee.
If your payment cannot be credited because you did not fill in our bank information correctly, we will return your transfer and wait for you to pay again.
The payment should arrive in your account within about 3 days. As long as we can receive your payment within one week after you receive the final quotation, if the transportation unit cost changes while waiting for your payment, it will be fully borne by us.
Unless it is express delivery, you can check your logistics status on the express company’s official website. Otherwise, if you need to check the logistics status, please send an email to contact our sales.
Normally, non-express shipping takes about a week to be loaded and shipped. Once there are any new transportation status of your goods, our sales staff will contact you.
